Your Role as an Instructor
You’ll be:
- Teaching by building – Live workshops where you build real projects
- Guiding builders – 1-on-1 coaching sessions for members
- Creating resources – Templates, guides, and project briefs
- Building community – Engaging with members, giving feedback
Time Commitment:
- 1-2 live workshops per month (2 hours each)
- 2-4 coaching sessions per month (30-60 mins each)
- Light community engagement (responding to questions, giving feedback)
- Total: ~6-10 hours/month (flexible, you control your schedule)
