Revenue Sharing Model

1. Live Workshops

Payment: £50-150 per workshop

  • Based on seniority, topic complexity, preparation required
  • Paid within 7 days of workshop completion
  • Your tier (starting instructors typically begin at £75/workshop):
    • Tier 1 (New Instructors): £50/workshop
    • Tier 2 (Established): £100/workshop
    • Tier 3 (Expert/High Demand): £150/workshop

Bonus Structure:

  • High attendance bonus: +£25 if 30+ members attend
  • High rating bonus: +£25 if 4.5+ average rating
  • Completion bonus: +£25 if 70%+ members complete the project

Example:

  • Base: £75
  • 35 members attended: +£25
  • 4.7 rating: +£25
  • 75% completion: +£25
  • Total: £150

2. Recorded Content (Passive Income)

Revenue Share: 15% of attributed memberships

How it works:

  • Member joins → watches your recorded workshops
  • We track which content drove their engagement/conversion
  • You earn 15% of their membership fee for 6 months
  • Ongoing passive income as library grows

Example:

  • 10 members joined primarily for your content
  • 10 × £25/month × 15% = £37.50/month
  • Over 6 months: £225 passive income per cohort
  • As library grows, this compounds

Note: First 6 months (while building library), we’ll pay £25 per recorded workshop upfront instead. After library is established (50+ workshops), we switch to revenue share model.


3. 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Revenue Split: You keep 70%

  • Members book 30 or 60-minute sessions
  • Pricing:
    • 30 min: £30 (you keep £21)
    • 60 min: £50 (you keep £35)
  • Included sessions (Builder: 1/month, Pro: 4/month) still count
  • You set your own availability
  • Platform handles booking, payments, calendar

Example Month:

  • 8 coaching sessions (mix of included + extra)
  • 6 × 60min (£50 each) + 2 × 30min (£30 each)
  • Total: £360
  • You keep: £252/month

4. Project Briefs & Resources

Payment: £50-100 per project brief

What’s a project brief:

  • Structured building guide (“Build a Task Manager”)
  • Requirements, user stories, design specs
  • Success criteria, extension ideas
  • Includes template files, assets

Why we pay for these:

  • Members can work on them async (high value)
  • Reusable content (multiple members use same brief)
  • Drives project completion (our core metric)

Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: Bank transfer (UK) or PayPal
  • Payment Schedule: Monthly, within 7 days of month end
  • Minimum Payout: £50 (if under £50, rolls to next month)
  • Reporting: You’ll receive monthly breakdown of all earnings
  • Invoicing: We handle all invoicing/receipts for members

Total Earnings Potential

Conservative Example (10 hrs/month):

  • 2 live workshops: £150
  • 2 recorded workshops upfront: £50
  • 6 coaching sessions: £210
  • 1 project brief: £75
  • Total: £485/month (~£5,800/year)

Active Instructor Example (15 hrs/month):

  • 4 live workshops (with bonuses): £400
  • Passive income (recorded content): £75
  • 12 coaching sessions: £420
  • 2 project briefs: £150
  • Total: £1,045/month (~£12,500/year)
